KUHS Latest Updates

February 12, 2025

  • NEET UG 2025 registrations are ongoing for KUHS admission 2025 to MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS/BAMS programs and the last date to register is March 07, 2025 (11:50 PM). The NEET 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 04, 2025.
  • The KEAM 2025 exam will be conducted from April 24 to 28, 2025, for KUHS B.Pharm Admission 2025. Further, registrations for KEAM 2025 will begin soon.
  • NEET SS 2025 registrations are ongoing and will continue till February 24, 2025, for KUHS admission 2025 to DM/MCh courses. The entrance test will be conducted on March 29 and 30, 2025. Admit cards will be released on March 25, 2025, and results will be out by April 30, 2025.
  • The provisional registration process for KUHS PhD admission 2025 is ongoing and the last date to register is February 15, 2025. The deadline for submitting the hard copy of the application form and all the other documents is February 28, 2025.
  • The Round 3 seat allotment list has been published for Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2024 for KUHS MD/MS admission 2025. Candidates who are allotted seats must visit  @cee.kerala.gov.in to download their allotment letters online. Further, candidates need to report to the allotted institute by February 15, 2025 (4 pm) to complete admission formalities and fee payment. 
  • NEET PG 2025 exam for KUHS admission 2025 to MD/MS programs will tentatively be conducted on June 15, 2025.
  • NEET MDS 2025 application forms for KUHS MDS admission 2025 will be released soon. The NEET MDS 2025 exam is expected to be conducted in March 2025. 

KUHS was established by the 'KUHS Act 2010', for ensuring proper and systematic instruction, teaching, training and research in Modern Medicine, Homoeopathy and Indian Systems of Medicine including Ayurveda, Siddha, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani and other allied sciences and also to have uniformity in the various academic programmes in medical and allied subjects in the State of Kerala. The University is situated at Thrissur, Kerala. KUHS admission procedure is undertaken by the KUHS management. Colleges and Institutes in Kerala that instruct in Modern Medicine, Homeopathy and Indian System of Medicine are mandated to affiliate with KUHS. KUHS UG Admission 2025

There are several UG courses offered by the University, the details of which are given below. Students are selected on the basis of merit. The academic performance of the students in their qualifying examination is taken into consideration. Students should have completed 17 years of age on December 31st to apply for these courses.

MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery.

KUHS UG Admission - Eligibility, Fees, and Admission Criteria

Applicants who have qualified NEET UG conducted by CBSE are eligible for admission. A student is eligible for entry to the course after clearing the 12th class (Intermediate) examination. Reservation of seats for scheduled caste/tribes and other backward classes are made according to state government guidelines. NEET (UG) is a national level test conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in the 2nd week of May and is a pen-paper test of 3 hours’ duration. All counseling procedures for KUOHS, Lucknow admissions 2025 are carried out by the college on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2.

  • Candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
MBBS

KUHS PG Admission 2025

Candidates who have completed MBBS and internship are eligible to apply for admission into MS/ MD. Applicants can get admission on the basis of NEET PG result. NEET-PG is a computer-based test of 3 hours 30 minutes duration and has 300 MCQs to attempt. All the courses are of 2 years duration. The College offers an M.Sc Nursing course, for students who have passed B.Sc nursing.

KUHS PG Admission - Eligibility, Fees, and Admission Criteria

Candidates who have completed MBBS and internship are eligible to apply for admission into MS/ MD. Applicants can get admission on the basis of NEET PG result. NEET-PG is a computer-based test of 3 hours 30 minutes duration and has 300 MCQs to attempt. All the courses are of 2 years duration. The College offers an M.Sc Nursing course, for students who have passed B.Sc nursing. The M.Sc have course fees of  INR 1,08,000 per annum.

M.D
  • Candidates are counseled based on merit i.e. score obtained in the NEET-PG examination for KUHS admissions 2025.
  • The dates for counseling are specified on the official website after the results of the qualifying examination are declared.
  • Appearing for counseling does not guarantee admission to this postgraduate degree course.
M.Sc
  • All counseling procedures for KUHS admissions 2025 are carried out by the college on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in their B.Sc (Nursing) degree.

KUHS Diploma Admission

The college offers several Diploma courses, which have the same eligibility as most of the undergraduate programs that are HSC or 10+2 passed students can apply for any of the diploma courses, the only condition being that the student should have had science as one of the main subjects. Overall the college offers a total of 11 diploma courses, with most being courses to become a technician. The courses include a diploma in Blood Transfusion, Optometry, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, X-ray, C.T.Scan Technician, Cardiology Technician, Dialysis Technician, Medical Laboratory Technician, Emergency & Trauma Technician, and O.T Technician. 

 

KUHS Application Form 2025

Applicants have to submit the application form in offline mode. Here are the steps to apply:

  • Candidates are required to collect the application form from the KUHS administration office.
  • The candidate needs to fill up the required application form and attach the required personal documents.
  • The application fee needs to be paid. (Mode of payment shall be specified by the college)
  • The candidate needs to attach copies of the required examination result(s) as per the requirements of the college.
  • The finished application form along with the application fee needs to be submitted to the college within the stipulated date.
