Placements & Internships : Campus selection takes place in last year but unfortunately, I couldn't attend so nothing to share of.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Cut off for this college's is very high however there are good majorities of Gujarati people's. Overall college is very great to give out lot more opportunities to students not only for studies but also for students interested in different curricular activities.

Fees & Scholarships : INR 800 per year since I took B.Com and its government recognized college. It was not indulging in any loan facilities since it was not needed for me.

Academics & Faculty : Teaching are good most of the time student is much more interested in other activities going on in college's but yes I have remembered an incidence where principal didn't allow the student to sit in the exam because of some attendance issues and she has to give his kt paper unnecessarily.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : I reside in Mumbai so not have much idea about PGs but according to me, PGs are only for the engineering student.

Clubs & Associations : If you are a fun loving person you can expect lot and lot more things from this college. This place gives you lot of opportunities to showcase your skills.

Placements & Internships : Companies from various sectors like Marketing, finance, HR, operations come for recruitment. The average salary is around INR 9.2 lakh per annum and the highest salary as of now is INR 26.5 lakhs per annum and almost all the students got placed. Alumni network is very strong.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria was very simple, for PGDM, the Cutoff of exams like CAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT was declared(85 percentile+) then the shortlisted candidates were called for GD, PI round and then the merit list was declared. For MMS, main entrance exam was MAH-CET. The cutoff for CET was 99.3+ percentile. Other exams scores were also accepted to some extent like ATMA, MAT, CMAT, etc.

Fees & Scholarships : Course fee for PGDM is INR 4.5 lakhs per annum and for MMS it's INR 2.88 lakhs per annum. One can apply for EBC for the scholarship. Around 20 to 30 students get the scholarship and many students take the loan from various banks. Canara bank offers the minimum loan interest (8.65%) and the loans are easily available.

Academics & Faculty : The schedule is very hectic and there are 6 hours of classes. The faculty here is excellent with many years of teaching experience. The campus is way too big and every facility is available inside the campus.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 hostels: 1 for girls and 1 for boys. The hostels in KJ somaiya are way too good. Rooms are also pretty decent. Food is hygienic. Hostel fees is INR 1.5 lakhs per annum and very less PGs are available nearby, so the hostel is the only best option one can go for. The infrastructure of classrooms, labs, libraries are way too good. The dining hall has a huge capacity. And also facilities like Wifi, gym, jogging track, basketball court, football ground etc is available.

Clubs & Associations : There are overall 26 committees in KJ Somaiya. The main fest is Milange. Life is very chilled and relaxed over here but the competition is way too high.

Placements & Internships : The summer placement record is extremely good. We have key companies like J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, HUL, CRISIL, HDFC, etc. visiting our campus for the summers. The average salary is around INR 35,000 per month and all kind of roles (finance, marketing, hr, operations, etc.) are offered to the students.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admission procedure to the PGDM programme is through CAT/XAT/CMAT/CET. The cut off in 2016 through CAT was 85%ile.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is INR 4,40,000l per year excluding hostel charges.  Scholarship option is also available, but it depends on the student's condition.  Loans are very easily available from Canara bank, Credila.

Academics & Faculty : The institute has excellent faculty and the course is also structured in such a way that even a non - commerce background student can learn the concepts easily (I am giving the example of Finance as it is my field of study in SIMSR). Also, there are many activities happening all the time in the college which provide an all-round development to the student.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The hostel infrastructure is excellent and it's cheaper staying in hostel considering it's Mumbai where even PGs are very costly. So to save money and time (remember Mumbai traffic) opt for the hostel. All the classrooms have A.C.s and projectors and WiFi too. Overall, I repeat the infrastructure is really good.

Clubs & Associations : There are many clubs, starting from finance to marketing, operations, hr. There are many social and cultural clubs too. Also, it a lovely campus full of greenery and is perhaps the only b-school in Mumbai which has it's own playground and a running track.

Placements & Internships : To be ture Internships are offered of varying qualities, even some companies offer zero stipend. I did internship from a startup who promised Rs 5000 per month but after completion declined to pay anything. Placement committee is also not concerned with stipends. However the placement committee facilitates very good final placement offers to its students and all students get placed. The ROI is good due to low couse fee. The alumni network is very strong and different committees invite them to come to college and share their experience so that students can choose specializations and career paths wisely.

Academics & Faculty : The college offers five courses PGDM, PGDM IB, PGDM FS, PGDM MC and PGDM FS. PGDM is the flagship course and the students can choose aby one of Marketing, Finance, Operations or HR as their specialization in the second year. PGDM IB students can choose Marketing or Finance. The syllabus is exhaustive. Teachers are very helpful. Apart from just theoretical textbook teaching students are encouraged to do projects and case studies. Overall experiance is good.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is Rs. 400000 per year ( may change in future) which is lower than most of the tier 1 and tier 2 business-schools in India. However no of schloarships offer are very less (I don't know the exact number).  Loans are required if you are from economically backward section. Loans are available from Credila , Canada Bank and many other banks.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : It has two academic buildings adjacent to its hostel. It also has two auditoriums. The students have to pay Rs. 40000 for one year as food bill. The quality of food is decent. The infrastructure is good. The college has gym, football field, running track, amphitheatre, badminton and squash court. Classrooms are equiped with AC, WiFi, desktop for faculties and projector machiners. The library has a good collection of books. yhe college has subscriptions of many business journals and students can access those through the online portal.

Clubs & Associations : The college has 23 student driven committees and all remain active throughou the year. The main event of the college is Melange.  In one word the life in this college is awesome.
