Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for a bachelor of technology in civil engineering was 10+2 pass with science subject. Admission as merit was based on entrance examination result. KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical Entrance Examination) was the entrance exam which I took.

Placements & Internships : The key company that hires from my campus is ULCC(Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society). The average salary is Rs 415147 per year and the highest salary is Rs 904500 per year.

Fees & Scholarships : My course fee was INR 65000 per year. Merit cum means scholarship, central sector scholarship, NTPC scholarship etc are available to students. The loan is not needed actually.

Academics & Faculty : The class timing is from 9.00 am to 4.15 pm. Projects start on 7th SEM and there will be few project hours. For all subjects, 2 assignments will be done. Teaching quality is very excellent. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience in college.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 hostels. One for girls and one for boys. The hostel is good. Around INR 5000 was the fee per month. There are so many PGs available and also a few flats also available outside college and it cost only around 6000. The food in college canteen is great. Only 25 rs is per meal. Classrooms, labs, library are excellent. Wi-Fi is not available.

Clubs & Associations : Nss, women cell, art club, library clubs, like many clubs and associations are on campus. Arts festival, sports day, Tech Fest, Onam festival, Eid festival, X mas festival etc are the main festivals on my campus. In general, the life in M DIT college is great.
