Academics & Faculty : In Mizoram University, we have 6 hours of class for 5 days in a week. Class starts at 10 AM morning and ends at 4.30 PM. Very less projects are given to students so that they focus more on studies.exam continues for 15 days from 1 July to 15 July in even semester and 1 dec to 15 dec in odd semesters.max 2 assignments for each subject is given to students.teaching is fantastic here as faculties give their best .

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Mizoram University, Aizawl is a University providing a variety of courses. Eligibility Criteria goes as follows: Students who scored less than 90000 AIR  for SC/ST and 600000 AIR  for General  in JEE MAIN Entrance Examination get admission in BTech. Students could also get admitted by MZUEEE exam held in Aizawl .50% seats are filled by JEE mains and 50% by MZUEEE for each respective departments of BTech.

Placements & Internships : I have applied for internship in ONGC dehradun and NTPC gujarat. Few companies with very meager salary package have visited Mizoram University, among which most of them are IT sector companies. No placements are recorded as such.

Fees & Scholarships : Nearly Rs.20000 per semester is my course fee. For OBC,ST, SC scholarships are available by their respective states.  For North Eastern students ,they get special scholarships of Rs. 7800 per month. On an average nearly 18-20 students of each department get scholarships.since course fee is less, no loan is required. Loans can be passed by mostly all banks easily by applying for it with all the needy documents.
