MJPRU Placement Process 2025
The steps for conducting the annual MJPRU placement 2025 are described below.
- The placement cell sends out invitations and other necessary details of the students to the intended organisations.
- The employers must complete the job application sent by the MJPRU placements team to recruit students.
- Pre-placement discussions are organised once the institute and the firms' negotiations are finalised.
- Interested students are asked to apply for the organisations participating in the MJPRU placements 2024 once the deals are completed.
- The job descriptions, CTC offered, and other relevant information are shared with the students who sit for the selection process.
- The recruiting organisations visit the campus on appointed days to recruit eligible candidates through several rounds of aptitude examinations, group discussions, and interviews.
- Selected candidates are offered the roles along with the offer letters, which they need to sign and accept.
