The Focused Learning Space The spacious, amphitheatre style classrooms in NGI Campuses provide the most conducive atmosphere for dynamic and focused discussions. They have been designed to bring together analysis with action and are augmented with integrated audio-visual teaching aids for lectures, presentations etc.
Special sessions and classes are held on business etiquettes, negotiation skills, effective communication, leadership, teamwork and analytical skills. Most classrooms are centrally air-conditioned to create the right atmosphere for long hours of learning.
Computing Facilities
Every college of NARAINA, is well-equipped with computer labs.
The computer centre has got all necessary teaching aids that help instructors to make demonstrations and presentations more effective and power packed. Round the clock facility of Internet connectivity (6 mbps) gives more opportunity to know the World and enhance their wisdom in the world of Computers.
NARAINA is geared towards helping its members to learn more thoroughly, understand more deeply and implement more comprehensively. The computer center helps the students in gathering relevant information from global resources & prepares them with a framework to build their knowledge.
The institutions are equipped with dual core computers connected through local area network (LAN) having 2 servers with more than 2000 system in number to beverage the power of Information Technology to make learning more informative and entertaining.
Laboratory
Strength of Materials: The laboratory offers facilities for testing building materials for their strength, behavior and suitability for various applications. This laboratory deals in providing material testing services, building material testing services, refractory material testing services and geological material testing services.
Engineering Drawing: The facilities in this laboratory exposes the students to the principles of projection, studies multi-view, pictorial drawings and sketches, geometric construction, sectioning, lettering, tolerancing and dimensioning. It also studies the analysis and graphic presentation of space relationships of fundamental geometric elements
Survey: This laboratory houses all the sophisticated instruments viz. Electronic Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, Auto levels, Vernier Theodolite, Digital Planimeter, Dumpy Levels besides the fundamental equipments such as Chain, Tape, Compass, and Plane Table.
Soil Mechnaics: This is well equipped with all equipments required for identification and classification of soils as per the physical and chemical properties and also testing their strength.
Water Resources/ Hydrology/ Hydraulics: This is a combined laboratory and is equipped with flow measuring devices in pipes and flow measurements in open channels. Facilities are available for calibration of flow measuring devices as well as pressure testing of pipes and pumps.
CAD/ CAM/ GeoInformatics: This laboratory is an extension of the Engineering Drawing lab. In this the students are taught working proficiency in CAD programs, such as AutoCAD and Pro/ENGINEER. This also has software for analysing the spatial data for GeoInformatics analysis.
Structural Analysis Lab: The aims of the structural analysis laboratory are to model the structural systems in the engineering sense and to observe their mechanical behaviors. The lab is equipped with modern as well as traditional equipments for performing different experiments. Equipments consists of, Shear Force & Bending Moment Analysis Apparatus, Analysis of Two Hinged and Three Hinged Arches, Deflection of the Curved Members, besides many others.
Library Facility
The libraries at NGI are more like integrated Knowledge Resource Centres which are stocked with over 55,000 books, periodicals, national and international journals and CD-ROMs covering all aspects of academic studies and research material.
Book Bank
Our specialist staff will always be there to help you with quick references Latest software like SAS, PROWESS, ORACLE etc. are used to enable work on data analysis web technologies and software designing Training grounds for building professionals.
Canteen & Mess Facility
NGI's spacious canteen facility in the college premises and is run by college management. A variety of indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college at highly subsidized rates with highest quality.
Our college canteen is blessed with family atmosphere, with a variety of delicacies, touched by a home made flavour, cooked to perfection and served with a great courtesy.Refreshments are available at the college canteen at affordable rates. Adequate seating facilities are provided to accomodate students and staff even during peak time.

Hostel Facility
Home Away From Home
Though away from home, yet NARAINA boarding facilities make it a sweet home. Boarding facilities for students of residential programs consist of four Hostel Blocks available for boys and girls separately in twin/single sharing basic, with more than 700 rooms in total having the capacity of 1400 students(800 for boys and 600 for girls).
These rooms are spacious, hygienic, well-ventiliated and fully furnished. Round the clock LAN connectivity is available in each room for the students comfort providing access to resources like the Internet, STD facilities to ensure a close contact with his family & friend. Medical facility inclusive of physician and ambulance is available for 24hrs.
Transportation Facility
The College bus is available in the Institute for commuting students to various venues outside the Institute for field visits to impart practical training and clinical training in different hospitals.
The College has a fleet of 5 Buses. The routes for the buses are organized so that students from all parts of the city can easily approach the college. The facility is made available to the students at reasonable charges depending upon the routes opted by them.
Banking & ATM Facilities
The Institute has a tie up with Nationalized Banks. This allows the opening and operation of accounts for every students through cheque book or debit cards. The bank is operating its own ATM machine and with an extension counter at the campus.
The education loan facility is also provided to the students from the campus by the banks at the time of admission.
The Branch of UCO bank is within the campus of Naraina Vidya Peeth, now banking for students and faculties are no longer a difficult and tedious task.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I was directly admitted for my course, and the eligibility criteria for direct admission is based upon the percentage of 12th Standard though I have taken UPSEE/ UPTU I was admitted directly not on the marks.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Students should have 74 percentage for 12th grade C.B.S.E and should have taken part in some extra curricular activities.
