LIBRARY

Computerised with over 3,000 books & Educational CDs. The library functions from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and on holidays.Reference section has encyclopedias, Scientific & e-journals, monthly magazines, daily newspapers & a variety of periodicals.

CLINICAL & FIELD TRAINING

• Masonic Medical Centre for Children,Coimbatore for Paediatric nursing.
• Institute of Mental Health ,Kilpauk,Chennai for Psychiatric nursing.

• Thangam Hospital ,Namakkal.
• Salem for Midwifery.
• Old age home,Erode.

HOSTEL

Hostel facilities for boys and girls are available with well ventilated, spacious comfortable room with accessories,hygienic and large kitchen, dining halls and mineral water facilities . A lake of perennial water sprawling over 2 hectares with garden and vast greenery and sports ground are some of the special features. Medical and Ambulance facilities are available around the clock.

PGP COMMUNITY RADIO (FM-90.8MHZ) in the campus provides forum for the Nursing College to broadcast programmes on health and hygiene to the people in the surrounding areas and also for the students. Nursing students are actively participating in various FM programmes for Public broadcast.

AUDITORIUM

The college has a state –of-the-art air conditioned digital auditorium and a sprawling open – air theatre by the lake side for educational and cultural events.

BANKING, SHOPPING, TRANSPORTATION

An Indian Bank ATM and a shopping center are situated inside the campus along with canteen, STD, Photocopying & Fax facilities. Separate buses to carry the students to various places for clinical and field training.

SCHOLARSHIP/ FINANCIAL SUPPORT

The founder of PGP Educational Institutions Dr. Palani .G.Periasamy has instituted number of Endowments and Scholarships in memory of his parents. Many deserving students are given financial support to complete their studies.

We also secure for First Graduate Fees Concession for our students from The Directorate of Medical Education, Chennai.
