PGIMS Rohtak admission started under Medical College, Rohtak, in 1960. For the first three years, the students were admitted to Government Medical College, Patiala, which acted as a host institution. The institution offers various Undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medicine and surgery to students of the medical sciences.

It is one of the major institutions for medical education and research and a tertiary care centre to provide specialized health care services to the people of Haryana to those of nearby states. PGIMS Rohtak UG Admission 2024 

PGIMS Rohtak admission offers undergraduate courses in medical sciences, nursing, physiotherapy, prosthetics, and various medical technologies. The MBBS, BPT, and BDS courses have a duration of 4 ½ years. They are also mandated to complete one year of rotational internship. The other courses have a period of 3 years. 

PGIMS Rohtak UG Eligibility Criteria

 To apply for the MBBS degree, BPT, BDS.

• The candidate must have studied in the science stream for their 12th standard examination, with the compulsory subjects being Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Applicants must gain good merit in NEET and the university entrance exam. 

For B.Sc, B.Pharm, BPO 

• Admission is granted based on merit in the last qualifying examination and the university entrance exam
• Applicants are also required to pass their 12th standard examination in the science stream

PGIMS Rohtak PG Admission 2024

The PGIMS Rohtak admission offers courses as a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Master of Surgery (MS. The duration of the MD and MS courses is 3 years.

PGIMS Rohtak PG Eligibility

To apply for the MD and MS degrees, the candidates must have finished their MBBS degree. In addition, they must have completed their compulsory 1-year rotational internship and gained good merit in NEET-PG and university entrance exam. Applicants to the MDS course must give NEET-MDS and M.Pharm applicants are required to give the GPAT exam. For M.Sc applicants must have completed B.Sc Nursing and candidates are required to have passed the university entrance exam.

PGIMS Rohtak M.Phil Admission 2024

PGIMS Rohtak admission offers two different M.Phil programs in the discipline of psychology. The duration of the M.Phil courses is one year.

The students of the PGIMS Rohtak are inspired by the motto of providing community health through education and health care. PGIMS Rohtak admission for interested candidates is based on the valid score in NEET, UP State Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test, and  All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination.
