  • D Devaraja Arasu Arivu Loan: The applications are invited for Arivu loans from the students who have joined through CET of Category-1, 2A, 3A & 3B (other than Vishwakarma, Minority Community, Uppara, and Ambiga). The students with household incomes below 3.50 lakhs annually can apply for the SCEM Mangalore scholarship.
  • KMDC Arivu Loan: The students of minority communities (Muslims, Christian, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Zoroastrians) whose parental income is below 3.50 lakh can apply for a KMDC Arivu loan at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management.
  • Dhrithi Foundation Scholarship: The students who have secured more than 75% marks in the final exam (PUC or higher) and total annual income of the family from all sources should not exceed Rs. 36000 can apply for this Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management scholarship. This project is limited to students belonging to Dakshina Kannada District.
  • Educational Crisis Scholarship Support from HDFC Bank (ECSS): This program was envisaged to provide interim support for children facing a personal/economic exigency. ECSS has been conceptualised to provide assistance to these students, to tide over a difficult situation/personal/family crisis without adverse impact on their education. Students pursuing BE under AICTE/UGC/State/Central government rules and facing a personal or family crisis that has occurred during the past three years are offered this scholarship.
  • Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships for College and University Students: The students from 2nd, 3rd Year & 4th year BE and higher semester students can apply for this scholarship. Fresh applications are invited by 1st year BE students of the top 20th percentile, or 80th percentile above are eligible to apply.
  • SC/ST Scholarship (income below 2.5 lac): Students belonging to SC/ST category are offered fee concessions under the SCEM Mangalore scholarship.
  • SC/ST Scholarship (income limit 2.5 to 10 lac): Students belonging to SC/ST category are offered fee concessions under the Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management scholarship.
  • Defence Scholarship: This scholarship is for the dependents of Defence service personnel.
  • Beedi Scholarship
  • OBC Postmatric/Food & Accommodation/Fee Concession: This is applicable to students with backward communities.
  • DTE Fee Concession (SC/ ST students): This scholarship is for ST/SC students with a family income of more than 10 lacs.
  • Fee Concession /FAAS/PM Scholarship: Cat-1, 2a, 3a, 2b, 3b students (Other than minorities)- The for the SCEM Mangalore scholarship is Cat-1 students parent’s annual income should be less than Rs. 2,00,000/- per annum, and for others, annual income should be less than Rs. 1 lakh per annum.
  • Merit cum means scholarships: This scholarship is for Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis & Jains. The eligibility criteria are annual income less than Rs. 2.50 lakh per annum.
  • Central Sector Scholarship: this SCEM Mangalore scholarship is offered to students who have received 80% and above.
  • Scholarship for the Disabled: The students who have identity cards for physically handicapped can apply for this scholarship.
  • PMSSSJK: Special Scholarship Scheme for Jammu & Kashmir residents is available.
