Academics & Faculty : Every day, morning at 8.30, the college starts. Ours was on the batch system, some classes had practicals, then for some batch no practicals, but classes were for the same time. The method of teaching is mostly a screen projector and board teaching. A few teachers are really awesome, but a few are a little ridiculous. You have to score marks in semesters; otherwise, retake; if not, then backlog. My overall experience in college was good; if you have good friends and classmates, then really you can enjoy it.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : One to two buildings are there, but they are outside the college; it was something 50,000 per year. Pgs admissions also on merit basis, if you hav money, then you can get into chowgules. Food in the canteen is ok before it was a little cheap, now new canteen fellows are charging a little more. Classrooms are normal, with no AC, and libraries are also ok, but very hot in the summers. No AC system. WiFi is getting only in libraries. Other infrastructures are ok.
Clubs & Associations : There are many clubs one can join, and even one can make own startup clubs by interacting with sports authorities. Sports management is ok. Christmas, new year's fun week is celebrated, tatasthu is the greatest event of college, and many famous DJs and other departments' events are held. I feel a little boring; if you dont have friends or partners, then it would be really boring. Try to make more friends; then you will not be bored. Also, try to clear the papers on first attempts or atleast on retakes. Dont keep it backlogs.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Merit list depends on Board marks There is no special entrance. And there is no cutoff as admission is based on merit list and there are limited seats in each department.
Fees & Scholarships : Fees depend on each department like maths has 10000 fees for each year. And, biotech has got fee 60000. It varies department wise.
Academics & Faculty : Yeah, teaching n all is very good in all aspects lab n all are maintained very nice. And professors are very friendly kind of.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Wohh infrastructure is too good its one the best college in the whole of goa and well-equipped library and computer labs gym etc.
Clubs & Associations : Yes, there are many clubs. Many students organise different events sports Like tatastu is one of the bigggest events in this college

Placements & Internships : I did a non-paid internship in NCAOR in Vasco. There are no companies that hire from campus but college refers you to companies. There are annual alumni meet for students.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : There is no entrance exam. The course admission is based on merit list basis and usually require 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is INR 60,000 per annum. No scholarship facility is available.
Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is entirely based on the college administration and usually starts 8:30 in the morning and ends at 4:00 pm in the evening. The teaching quality is good and up-to-date with the industrial needs.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is no Hostel/PG nest to the college. The food in the college is fairly good and the average cost of the meal is between INR 80-100. The classroom is well made.
Clubs & Associations : There are various clubs on the campus ranging from arts and literature to sports clubs. There are individual events hosted by each department and there is an annual Inter-college event that is very famous in the state know as Thatastu ( so be it) and is hosted around February every year.

Placements & Internships : The internship should be related to your subject and could last upto a month or more (depending on the requirements). I completed my internship which comprises of a course at Goa university ( two and a half weeks) and an Outreach Programme at my College itself (3 weeks).
Entrance Exams & Admissions : At present, there are no entrance exams conducted in order to get admission in the college. Since the college offers BSc and BA, there wasn't any cutoff limit. Admission procedure is pretty simple, you just have to go to the college with all of your 12th certificates and select your desired subject in the field of your choice, and if the seats are available then you will be admitted to the course.
Fees & Scholarships : Since this is my third year of BSc, my college fee is INR 15,000 p.a. I remember one scholarship in which if you have scored more than 80% in your 12std plus you are a 10 year resident of the state, you will be entitled to the scholarship. There are very few students who get scholarships.
Academics & Faculty : The class starts from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Class assignments comprise of three different modes of examinations. In my case, it's three mcq's, one assignment, one written exam and one presentation or poster presentation. Method of teaching is good. My overall experience is really good.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are no hostels in college. The food in the college is good. Quality of classrooms is really good. All the classes contain interactive board. Labs and Library are very well maintained. WiFi is provided in our college. There is Sports centre, Futsal, basketball court present. The studio is there in which all the cultural activities are practised.
Clubs & Associations : There are a lot of clubs, mainly sports clubs which helps students to complete their required sports hours. There are various events like the cultural day, annual day, fun day, Pegasus, prom night, and many more events are organised. Life is really simple and exciting.

Placements & Internships : I am yet to do an internship and I would be doing it in the month of may. Many key companies and entrepreneurs visit Smt Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science to offer internship based on different fields and whoever is interested in that particular field can do their internship in that. There are no such average salaries and all since the internship is the part of our syllabus and we have to complete that many hours to get credits. In some companies, we are given the travel and food expenses. The alumni network is good on our college and they keep a meeting very frequently.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Smt Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science college is a best-known college in Goa. The eligibility criteria to apply for admission at Chowgule college was 12th std. passing in all subjects with 50- 60℅ of marks. The admission was divided into parts where the first step was to do online admission and the second step for going in the college and filling the admission form and the payment. There was no examination for admission. There were no such typical cutoffs for my course but since it is an autonomous college we are free to choose any one subject or 2 as major or major-minor for all the respected years.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee for my subject is around 13500 per year exclusive of Amy field trips or study tour in Smt Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science. There may be scholarships but I don't know about them since I haven't applied for them. I don't have any idea about scholarships in our college. Loans are not needed in our college as such.
