SNS College of Technology, Coimbatore was established in the year 2002 by SNS Charitable Trust. It is an excelling institution in the state. The college has a congenial and conducive atmosphere for holistic learning and growth. The college started with three branches of Engineering (CSE, ECE, IT) with an intake of 180 students.

The college is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. It is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). SNS college is accredited by NBA and re-accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with Grade 'A+' in the year 2017-18. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Anna University has recognized the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, and Electronic Engineering, MBA, Chemistry, and Mathematics as Research departments for doing research leads to Ph.D. Degree. SNS College Admission will be done through Single Window Counselling System.
