Entrance Exams & Admissions : The Eligibility criteria for joining here is you should need to complete one of the following examinations like CAT, TANCET, and MAT. I took the TANCET examination which is the State based examination. The Typical Cutoff to enter is around 40 to 60 marks out of 100. Academics & Faculty : The classes begins from 8 am and ends at 3 Pm with a two hour break in between. The overall experience is very fruitful and encouraging. This college gives you excellent environment to learn. Also by looking at the placement report, the average and median salaries are one of the best in country. Even with relatively smaller campus, it does not stop students from reaching the top positions in industry.
Fees & Scholarships : The college fees is very reasonable as compared to other colleges. The academic fees is Rs 2 lakhs per year. There are provisions for scholarships for meritorious and economically weak students. The average number of students getting scholarships are 15-20. The loan can be availed easily. The college offers payment of fees on installment basis. The BOI is the most preferred bank for the loans.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The campus area is very limited and is spread over 20 acres. There are college hostels but they are a few kilometres away from the college. A best in class newly constructed cafeteria adds to its attraction. The canteen is excellent and has both North Indian and South Indian food. The hostels are well maintained and have messes for both South Indian and North Indian students. The college is run by the Nitte Education Trust, which was founded in 1979. Our college has excellent sports facilities with a basketball court of international status. The infrastructure of the campus is very nice. The hostel facilities are also good. It has a fine campus. With its new campus being operational in 2015 this year, all the musings gaps have been bridged. The faculty are exceptional and the assignments and projects that we get involved in are latest as per the Industry trends. The placements are at par with the B. schools of its league.The industry leaders that come to address and amount of interaction with the commerce ministry is icing on the cake.
Clubs & Associations : The college has many active societies. some societies are well known across colleges. The college events keeps you enthralled to the core. The internal sports fest Titanomachy is the best part. All other events - Vivaan and various other conclaves see great participation. The life in college is nice.
