Symbiosis School of Architecture, Urban Development and Planning of the university offers SSPU B.Arch course. It is an undergraduate program of 5 years and includes onsite training and thesis writing in the last year of the course.

SSPU B.Arch Eligibility Criteria

SSPU B.Arch eligibility criteria include scores of 10+2. The institute requires a minimum of 50% in 10+2, with Mathematics being compulsory. Those who fulfill the eligibility criteria must have a valid JEE Main or NATA score. 

SSPU B.Arch Fees 

The SSPU B.Arch fees is INR 10.50 Lakhs. It is the total fee for the course and includes academic fees and a refundable deposit of INR 10,000. The academic fees include tuition fees, tegular exam fees, practical journal fees, library books & e-journals, etc. The hostel and mess charges are separate for the students seeking residential facilities. 

SSPU B.Arch Admission

Admission to the SSPU B.Arch course is based on JEE Main or NATA scores. The students must complete the application forms and mention their entrance exam scores. Based on these scores, students are called for an interview on their slotted time.

During the personal interaction, applicants must submit their portfolio or creative work. Details of the expected work are available on the admission brochure. The final list of selected students is released based on the scores of the entrance exam and personal interaction. 

Students still in 10+2 and applying for admission must update the university about their final scores of 10+2. 

Application Procedure

Entrance Exams

SSPU does not conduct any entrance exam for admission to B.Arch. However, scores of JEE Main or NATA are considered.

At the time of admission, students are required to present a few important documents. The list of these documents is given below:

• Marksheet and Certificate of 10th and 12th.
• Migration certificate (For students coming from other boards or other states)
• Scorecard of JEE Main or NATA
• Transfer certificate
