Training & Placement Cell

The Training & Placement Cell Facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students. The Training & Placement Cell invities industries to share their knowledge and exprience with students through guest lectures, Workshops, Presentations and informal get-together. The Placement Cell also organizes the placement process including summer training and final placements. The cell manages and facilitates on-campus recruitment processes including pre-placement presentations by potential employers to highlight the issues, expectations and professional opportunities, unique to the company and industry. Students of Trichy Engineering College have been placed in domestic, Global and Public Sector Firms. The Training and Placement cell takes care of the campus connect programme.

Campus Connect is an Infosys initiative. It is an industry - Academic collaboration program aimed at aligining the engineering studnet skill to meet the industry needs. Infosys would be sharing with our college its training methodology courseware, student projects and other such learning resources used for their foundation program that has been developed, practiced and perfected by them over last several years. This will help to improve the quality and the employability of the students in the Indian IT enterprise & Oragnaizations where students are placed.
