Trichy Engineering College, founded in 1998 by the Annai Santhiya Educational Health & Charitable Trust, is situated in Konalai Village, 22 km from Tiruchirappalli on the Chennai-Tiruchirappalli NH45 Highway. The college was established by Kalvithanthai Deivathiru Mr. S. Subramaniyam, and under the leadership of Dr. Sujatha Subramaniam, the Chairman, it has grown into a renowned institution. The college is accredited by AICTE, recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu, and affiliated with Anna University, Chennai.

The college campus, Sivagnanam Nagar, spans 41.7 acres and provides an ideal environment for learning and development. Trichy Engineering College offers both undergraduate (B.E.) and postgraduate (M.E.) programs in engineering across various specializations. Admission to B.E. programs is based on Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA), and for M.E. programs, candidates must apply through TANCET counseling.
