Training & Placement Cell

The Training & Placement Cell facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students. The Training & Placement Office provides the infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, tests and interviews besides catering to other logistics. To prepare the students for the Placements Communication Skills classes which include basic communication skills, GD and Interview basics, mock GDs, mock Interviews (HR & Technical) and Psychometric tests classes are conducted on regular basis. The TPO Cell interacts with many industries in the country, of which nearly 25 companies visit the campus for holding campus interviews this year.

Ummed Singh Bhati College of Engineering and Management has been performing well on placement charts in the state by collaborating with top companies from around the country. Major recruiters for the college are Birla Cement, Binani Industries Limited, J K Lakshmi Cements, Pyrotech, Bhansali Engineering Polymers Private Limited etc.
