You must download this scorecard. It contains your score, percentile, and rank, and is the mandatory document used by all universities for admission.
4. University Counselling Registration (The Mandatory Step):
There is no single central CUET PG counselling. You must individually visit the official admission portals of each university you wish to apply to (e.g., DU's CSAS-PG portal) and register separately.
You will use your CUET PG Application Number and Score for this registration.
This step is mandatory and usually involves paying a separate, non-refundable university application fee.
5. Program/College Choice Filling and Preference Locking:
Within the university's portal, you will use your CUET PG score to fill in your academic preferences.
You must carefully list and rank the available LL.M. courses and the affiliated colleges/departments in your preferred order. The final allocation will respect this order.
6. Seat Allocation and Merit List Publication:
The university will announce the Cut-off Scores and release round-wise Merit Lists (or Allocation Lists) based on your CUET PG score, reservation category, and submitted preferences.
A seat will be provisionally allocated if your score meets the cut-off.
7. Accepting the Allocated Seat and Online Document Verification:
If you receive an allotment, you must formally "Accept" the seat on the portal within the specified deadline.
Following acceptance, the university officials will conduct an online document verification of your uploaded documents (Scorecard, Mark Sheets, Certificates, etc.).
You must address any "Discrepancy" raised by the university immediately.
8. Online Fee Payment for Provisional Admission:
Once your documents are verified and approved, you will be notified to pay the specified Admission Fee online within the stipulated timeframe.
This payment secures your seat and confirms your provisional admission.
9. Opting for 'Float' or 'Freeze' (Subsequent Rounds):
If you are satisfied with the allocation, you choose 'Freeze' to confirm admission and exit the subsequent rounds.
If you wish to be considered for a higher-preference choice in the next round while securing the current seat, you select 'Float'.
10. Final Fee Payment (if required):
After all allocation rounds are complete, you may need to pay any remaining balance of the course fee (if only a partial amount was paid earlier).
11. Physical Reporting to the Institute/Department:
You must physically report to the allotted Department/Faculty of Law on the specified date and time for final enrollment.
