January 16, 2025

  • The CUET PG 2025 application process allows candidates to select universities and programs they wish to apply for. After selecting the exam center city, candidates must choose up to four universities and their associated programs. Each program must be followed by the respective test paper code. The application deadline is February 1, 2025.

January 09, 2025

  • The National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to soon declare the exam dates for the CUET UG 2025, which will take place in May 2025. This exam will be conducted in CBT mode and will have three sections: Language, Domain Subjects, and General Test. The exam syllabus encompasses 13 languages and 23 domain subjects. The maximum marks are 250.

  • Delhi University has released the PhD interview schedule for the 2024-25 academic year. Interviews for different departments will be conducted is onging and will continue till January 29, 2025. Candidates qualified for JRF/NET are required to bring along their application form, research proposal, identity proof, academic certificates, and category certificates, if applicable. Detailed schedules and notices are available on DU's official website uod.ac.in.

  • NTA has notified CUET PG MCA 2025 with a revised study course, augmenting subsequently subject-related topics, including computer networks, DNS, routing algorithms, and database management. With the examination to be concluded in 90 minutes, there are 75 MCQs. The application for submission closes on February 1, 2025, while the slight corrections will open on February 3-5, 2025. The examination shall take place between the 13th and the 31st of March 2025.

  • The NTA has brought in significant changes for CUET PG 2025. The application fee has been hiked by ₹200 for General/OBC/EWS categories, with ₹700 being charged for additional test papers. The exam duration has been reduced to 90 minutes. The number of domestic cities has increased to 285 and international cities to 27. Registration is live at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG.

  • The University of Delhi will be hosting the "Samarpan Samaroh" on January 4, 2025, to celebrate philanthropy and community service. It will include a laptop and tablet distribution ceremony to orphaned, single-parent, and visually impaired female students. A fully functional university ambulance will also be launched, and a commemorative book will be released in honor of donors' contributions.
  • CUET PG exam dates and schedule have been declared by NTA. Applications can be submitted from January 2, 2025, and till February 1, 2025, which are available at the webpage, cuetpg.ntaonline.in. computer-based test (CBT) will be held from March 13, 2025 to March 31, 2025 for seeking admission to postgraduate programmes on various subjects in 157 streams for the academic session 2025-2026.

December 31, 2024

  • Delhi University has called for applications for the 2024-25 season of the Competence Enhancement Scheme (CES) which allows any suitably qualified students to study alongside regular students. The last date of application is 8 January 2025. Application may be made online at ces.du.ac.in. The scheme provides for supernumerary seats-that is, an increase in academic and professional skills. Details regarding eligibility, registration, and fees are available on the university portal and ILLL website.  

December 30, 2024

  • The Academic Council at University of Delhi has ratified NEP 2020 for the postgraduate programs, with the guidance being provided by the Postgraduate Curriculum Framework 2024. The council has further directed that all pending faculty promotions shall be resolved by February 2025, released extra seats for single girl students, and sanctioned the enhancement of some academic programs - like DM (Neuroanaesthesia) and B.Sc. (Medical Technology).

December 27, 2024

  • Initially, the PhD in Hindu Studies at the Centre for Hindu Studies is going to provide 10 seats, comprising reserved and supernumerary category. The no. of seats will further increase keeping in view the infrastructure development at the Centre along with its academic requirements, as well as the requirement of the students for that programme.

December 20, 2024

  • Delhi University will soon implement a one-year postgraduate program in line with NEP 2020 from the 2026 session. The course will amount to 44 credits. The proposal will be deliberated on December 27. This is the immediate after-effect of DU going ahead with the four-year undergraduate program, or the FYUPand after which graduates of the said four-year program will gain eligibility for the one-year PG course.

  • The CUET UG 2025 has a new structure with emphasis on interdisciplinary learning and flexibility. It is conducted only in CBT mode, which reduces the number of subjects to choose fromthereby making it more accessible to students coming from diverse academic backgrounds. These changes aim to make the examination process smoother and more adaptable to the needs of the aspirants.
