AIMA UGAT 2024 counselling will be conducted by after UGAT 2024 results are declared. Candidates have to attend the counselling at various AIMA UGAT 2024 participating Management colleges. They will be called to attend the counselling based on the mark obtained in AIMA UGAT 2024.
Candidates who are shortlisted based on the AIMA UGAT 2024 results must be physically present at the time of counselling. Depending on the availability of seats, candidates will have to adhere to the instructions of the counselling process set by individual colleges. There is no specific procedure given by the council.

AIMA UGAT 2024 Counselling Process
There is no provision of centralized counselling process. Based on the AIMA UGAT 2024 scorecard, the candidates must follow the standardized counselling process by individual colleges. Though there is standardization by individual colleges, the process of selection is mainly common.
- While filling the AIMA UGAT 2024 application form, the candidates are required to choose 5 colleges from the list. However, after the result declaration, the candidates are allowed to apply to other colleges as well.
- Once the application process for colleges is done, the individual colleges will release their own cut-offs. Candidates who qualify in these cut-offs will be notified regarding the shortlisting.
- Candidates, then, will be called to participate in the counselling process at the required time and location.
- At least one or more of the following rounds take place usually for the final selection of the candidate. The details of the rounds are mentioned below:
- Personal Interview, or
- Group/General Discussion, or
- Both Discussion and Personal Interview
- Once the candidates clear the round(s), they must submit the required documents and secure the admission in the institute.
Documents Required for AIMA UGAT Counselling
The authorities have not announced AIMA UGAT counselling dates, and the counselling process will start soon after AIMA UGAT results are announced. Candidates should carry all the essential documents mentioned below for verification during UGAT 2024 counselling process.
- Class X mark sheet
- Class XII mark sheet
- Scorecard of AIMA UGAT 2024
- AIMA UGAT 2024 admit card
- Photo ID proof
- Nativity certificate
- Category certificate
- Passport size photographs
- Counselling letter (if any).
AIMA UGAT 2024 Counselling Instructions
During the UGAT counselling, candidates are required to follow certain guidelines prescribed by independent institutes along with the once set by the conducting authorities. Some of the general guidelines and instruction for AIMA UGAT counselling are as follows.
- After receiving the scorecard, candidates can apply for AIMA UGAT counselling process that happens in various colleges that admit the candidates through AIMA UGAT 2024 Exam. Shortlisted candidates will recieve a call for the offer letter from the colleges they are allotted.
- Based on the marks obtained candidate will be called by colleges into various courses. Or, candidates can apply for counselling directly to any college (If satisfying the cut-off set by the college).
- Individual colleges will release their own cut offs. Candidates will recieve imformation about the same via the registered email address.
- Students should be present at the time of AIMA UGAT counselling in the allotted location and time.
- If candidates are not present during the counselling, then they will not be eligible to get admission.
- Various colleges follow various methods of counselling.
- Candidates should get all those details before they go for the counselling from the college website.
- With each counselling phase, AIMA UGAT seat allotment list will be declared.
