- For Backward class, EWS, and PwD category, the candidate must have a BArch degree with a minimum of 45% marks from an AICTE/ COA/Central or State government-recognized institute/college/university
- Candidates in the final year of BArch are also eligible to appear for MAH MArch CET.

Important:
- MAH MArch CET considers aggregate marks for admission. This means the total marks obtained by the candidate in the subjects required for their class declaration from their university.
- All CGPA/Grade conversion to marks is based on the rules/formula followed at the university/college of obtaining the degree. The percentage of marks are considered after rounding-off to two decimal places.
