UIDAI exam eligibility 2024 must be fulfilled by the candidates to enrol and register for the exam. Candidates who wish to take the UIDAI exam must be Indian citizens. Applicants for all UIDAI positions must have completed their 12th boards from a well-known or parallel institution.

The UIDAI exam age limit must be at least 18 to apply for the test. The individual must have an Aadhaar qualification and an enabled mobile phone number. Aadhar card operator qualification minimum eligibility for the Operator/Supervisor/CELC Operator position is a 12th-grade qualification from an Indian-recognized board.

UIDAI Exam Eligibility Criteria for the Post of Supervisor

To work as a Supervisor, the candidate must meet the following Eligibility Criteria:

  • UIDAI exam age limit: The candidate must be at least 18 years old. 
  • Aadhar supervisor exam qualification: Certificate of Education (+2 or Degree mark sheet).
  • Qualifications: +2, Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or ITI.
  • NSEIT Certificate: The candidate must have received the "Supervisor Certificate" from NSEiT, the UIDAI-approved Testing and Certification Agency.
  • Certificate obtained through examination for Operators or Supervisors.
  • The candidate must have enrolled for an Aadhaar Card and had their Aadhaar Number produced through the UIDAI Portal.
  • The candidate must have good computer skills and expertise and be familiar with the local language keyboard and transliteration.
  • To operate properly, the candidate must have read the entire Training Material about Aadhaar Enrolment/Update, freely accessible on the UIDAI Website. 

Important Note: Even after receiving the "Supervisor Certificate," candidates cannot begin Enrolment/Staff Work without engaging with one of UIDAI's Empanelled Enrolment Agencies (EAs).  

Eligibility Criteria for the Post of UIDAI Operator

To work as an Operator, the candidate must meet the following UIDAI exam eligibility criteria 2024:

  • UIDAI exam age limit: The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
  • Aadhaar exam qualification: Candidates must have completed Class 12, and graduates will be given precedence.
  • The candidate must have enrolled for an Aadhaar Card and had their Aadhaar Number produced through the UIDAI Portal.
  • The candidate must have basic computer expertise and be comfortable with local language keyboards and transliteration.
  • NSEIT Certificate: The individual must have earned the "Operator Certificate" from the NSEiT, the UIDAI-approved Testing and Certification Agency.

Important Note: Even after receiving the "Operator Certificate," candidates cannot begin Enrolment/Staff Work without first engaging with one of UIDAI's Empanelled Enrolment Agencies (EAs). 

UIDAI 2024 Eligibility Criteria for the Post of CELC Operator

To operate as a Child Enrolment Lite Client Operator, the candidate must meet the following UIDAI Operator eligibility criteria:

  • UIDAI exam age limit: The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
  • Aadhar qualification: Candidates must have completed Class 12, and graduates will be given precedence.
  • Candidates with a 10th pass who are Anganwadi Asha workers are also eligible for this position.
  • The candidate must have enrolled for an Aadhaar Card and had their Aadhaar Number produced through the UIDAI Portal.
  • The candidate must be familiar with working on cellphones running Android OS/Computer and at ease with local language keyboards and transliteration.
  • NSEIT Certificate: The individual must have earned the "CELC Operator Certificate" from the NSEiT, the UIDAI-approved Testing and Certification Agency.

Important Note: Even after receiving the "CELC Operator Certificate," candidates cannot begin Enrolment/Staff Work without first engaging with one of UIDAI's Empanelled Enrolment Agencies (EAs).

Terms and Conditions of UIDAI Deputation

The period of deputation shall be 5 years. The lending department may relieve an officer for a lesser period as per their own policy/rules, which should not be less than 3 years in any case.

  • The general terms and conditions of services at UIDAI will be governed as per Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2020, and guidelines of the Central Government in this regard. The aforesaid regulations are available on the website of UIDAI (uidai.gov.in).
  • The terms of deputation, including the pay and allowances, except leave, shall be governed by the provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training Office Memorandum No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated Jun 17, 2010, and other orders/guidelines issued in this regard from time to time.
  • The leave of an officer on deputation shall be regulated by the leave rule of UIDAI.
  • Central Government Employees completing 5 years of service may also apply for these posts.
  • Eligible and willing candidates may apply through the proper channel in the prescribed format.
  • Cadre authorities/Head of Departments are requested to forward applications of eligible and willing candidates whose services can be spared on deputation immediately on their selection.

The applications of only such officers would be considered that are routed through the proper channel and are accompanied by the following documents:

  • Cadre Clearance Certificate from the Controlling Authority
  • Statement giving detail of Major/Minor penalties, imposed upon the Officer, if any, during the last ten (10) years
  • Vigilance Clearance/Integrity Certificate
  • Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five (5) years duly attested on each page by an officer, not below the level of Under Secretary or equivalent 

While forwarding the application it may also be verified and certified by the cadre controlling authority that the particulars furnished by the applicant are correct.
