Q. How will the college and course preferences be filled during JENPAS counselling?

Ans. During the time of counselling registration, candidates have to fill in their college preferences. The counselling will be conducted based on the candidates' marks scored in the exam.

JENPAS UG Counselling 2024: Process

Candidates can follow the counselling process breakdown provided below for guidance. Candidates will be able to follow the steps easily. The instructions are to be adhered to ensure no errors are made. Find the steps of the JENPAS UG counselling 2024 process below.

Step 1: Online Registration

Candidates are primarily required to register themselves for the JENPAUH counselling sessions. The official website will provide a link for registration. One must click the link and login by entering their respective roll number, password and security pin.

Step 2: Registration Fees Payment

During the counselling process registration, candidates must also pay up the requisite counselling fees (INR 500 for the general category and INR 250 for the reserved category). The modes of payment available are net banking or debit/credit card.

Step 3: Choice Selection

Once the registration is done and the fee payment has been made, candidates must select their course and college. Candidates are allowed to select many choices and colleges. As it is on a priority basis, candidates must put their most favoured option as their first choice and the least favoured choices after. Once the choice has been made, candidates must lock their choices for JENPAS UG counselling 2024.

Note: After the locking of choices has been done, no changes can be made.

Step 4: Counselling Process for JENPAUH 2024

The counselling process has 3 rounds. Round 1 was done based on merit order. after the first round was over, out of the JENPAUH total seats, whoever had not been placed, was eligible to participate in round 2. Similarly, candidates who haven’t participated or been placed in the previous rounds will be assigned seats in the mop-up round.

It is required to take part in the JENPAS UG 2024 counselling process to apply for admission to West Bengal's nursing and related institutes. Provided below are the compulsory documents for WBJEE JENPAS 2024 counselling.

• A hard copy of counselling registration form
• WBJEE JENPAS UG 2024 rank card
• Original JENPAUH Admit Card 2024
• Original Class 10 admit card, marks sheet and certificate
• Class 12 original and self-attested xerox of the same
• Original SC/ST/PWD/OBC certificate and self-attested xerox (if necessary)
• Passport size photograph

JENPAS UG Counselling 2024 Eligibility

WBJEE JENPAS UG counselling 2024 for B.Sc nursing courses is conducted by the Central Selection Committee (Nursing), and the counselling will be administered online via WBJEE Web Counselling. There will be 2 rounds of counselling and seat allotment followed by the mop-up round based on the vacancy of seats.

In addition to JENPAS UG counselling 2024 scores, candidates must also satisfy the following criteria during the time of admission.

Eligibility for Admission in B.Sc Nursing

• Minimum Qualification: Passed 10+2 in the science stream from a recognized board
• Compulsory 10+2 subjects: English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
• Minimum 10+2 total marks: 45%- General category and 40%- SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD

Eligibility for Admission in B.Sc in BPT, BMLT, CCT, OTT, PT, PA, Electrophysiology, RIS, dialysis

• Minimum Qualification: Passed 10+2 in the science stream from a recognized board
• Compulsory 10+2 subjects: Vernacular, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
• Minimum 10+2 total marks: 50%- General category and 40%- SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD

Eligibility for Admission in Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

• Minimum Qualification: Passed 10+2 in the science stream from a recognized board
• Compulsory 10+2 subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Statistics/Electronics/Psychology/Computer Science
• Minimum 10+2 total marks: 50%- General category and 45%- SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD

Seat Reservation in WBJEE JENPAUH 2024 Counselling

JENPAS UG counselling 2024 is conducted as per the reservation policies set by the government. Reservation is allowed for the reserved category candidates of only West Bengal state during the time of admission and seat allotments. The following table shows the category-wise reservation:
