Placements and Internships
I am persuing production engineering from this collage .2or 3 companies gives us a chance fir the internship ,none from our department got internship this year .key companies are Maruti Suzuki,Royal Enfield,TIL as well as some marketing and it companies too.Average salery is around 5lacs per annum.Alumni network is very strong here as some fest funding is done by alumni .we get lots of knowledge from our alumni.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Two boys hostels and one girls hostel for students persuing UG courses. Lots of PG option outside of it 4000 is the average one has to pay for it.Nice food and very cheap.Everything is fantastic.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
It is the top collage in kolkata west Bengal.According to some sort of surveys it comes at 11-12 place in India.One has to give WBJEE entrance exam to get admission in this collage .
Fees and Scholarships
Rs-2500 per year.only IT department have to pay 24000 .Anant alumni,FFE, etc.500-600 .Nope loan is never needed
Clubs and Associations
I haven't herd of any societies out here but few clubs like mountaineering club,Chess club , photography club.Sports day, SRIJAN (tech fest), SANSKRIT (Cultural fest).Mast.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The minimum eligiblity to apply for admission is 50% of marks in 12th PCM. I gave the WBJEE exam for admission. The cutoff for the admission is rank between 1500-1600.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You have to give the WBJEE entrance examination for getting admission in Jadavpur University (B.E.) or you can also apply with you JEE Mains Rank. The eligibility criteria are 1. The candidate must a citizen of India. 2. The student must be 17 years old for applying for the entrance exam as on 31st Dec of the year of application. 3. The candidates should have qualified his/ her 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual passing marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects mentioned above in regular class mode. 4. General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above three subjects taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2018.
