• They should have passed the 10th standard and should be pursuing courses undergraduation, diploma course, junior college, post graduation, management course, ITI, etc.
• The candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in the last examination.
• The applicant's annual family income must be less than INR 2,00,000 from all sources. 
• There should be no other family member availing of this scholarship.
