PSEB Duplicate Certificate: Online Application Link, Steps to Check Status

Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) students can apply for the PSEB duplicate certificate through pseb.ac.in. Those students who lost their passing/migration certificate can obtain a second copy by filling out the online application form. 

The detailed marks certificate for PSEB can now be obtained in 'Tatkaal' process too, which means students can acquire their marksheet copies in an hour. PSEB will levy a charge of INR 2000 for issuance of the PSEB duplicate marks certificates.

Earlier, the Punjab School Education Board issued the duplicate certificates within a weeks time, however, with the provision for 'Tatkaal' scheme, students can request the PSEB duplicate certificates offline at the PSEB Mohali office.

If a candidates applied for the certificate at the deport before 3PM, then the certificates will be dispatched on the same day thorugh trackable courier services. The previous 11-step process of issuing duplicate certificates has been terminated.

The PSEB exam 2025 will begin from 13th Feb to 30th Mar 2025. Thus, students are recommended to check out the complete process to apply online for a PSEB duplicate certificate.

Steps to Apply for PSEB Duplicate Certificate

The PSEB duplicate certificate application process is simple and straightforward. Students can conveniently apply for the second copy of the PSEB certificate by following the step-wise process provided below:

• Step 1: Students must visit the official website of the PSEB Board: pseb.ac.in.
• Step 2: On the homepage, they should click on the ‘duplicate section’ link under the important links.
• Step 3: A new page will open once students click on the ‘duplicate section’.
• Step 4: They must click on the ‘Online Application Form for Second Copy/Board Migration /Transcript Certificate’ link.
• Step 5: Students will now be redirected to a new page wherein they must enter their login details (reference no. and roll no.)
• Step 6: After logging in, students must fill out the PSEB duplicate certificate application form. They need to furnish all the valid details while filling out the form.
• Step 7: Next, students must submit the application form and pay a fee of INR 800 to get a second copy of the certificate.

Note: Students can check the status of the PSEB duplicate certificate by clicking on the ‘duplicate certificate form status’ option in the duplicate section. The board might take around 25-30 days to issue the PSEB duplicate certificate.

Once application is submitted for PSEB Duplicate Certificate, candidates can check their application status for the same by following the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Firstly, candidates must visit the link for checking application status.

Step 2: Now, under the search bar, they must enter the option they wish to search by like, diary, roll, ref, mobile, ID proof number etc.

Step 3: Then, candidates must key in the chosen number.

Step 4: Next, students can click on 'search'.

Step 5: Lastly, the portal will display the application status below along with candidate details.

PSEB Board 2025 Admit Card

The Punjab board will tentatively release the admit card for the 10th and 12th board exams in Feb 2025. Once available, students can easily download the admit card from the official website of the board.

PSEB also issues hall tickets for supplementary examinations after the release of regular board exam results. 

It is important for all the students to carry their admit cards to the exam hall as it is proof of their eligibility. Furthermore, they should carefully check the information on the admit card and immediately contact the authorities if there are any errors. PSEB Board Result 2025

The 10th and 12th PSEB results will be announced by June end 2025 (tentatively). After the results are out, candidates can check them on the official website by providing their name and roll number. Students who are not satisfied with their results can apply for the re-checking facility provided by the board.
