The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has revised the PSEB class 12 exam pattern. The new PSEB 12th exam pattern includes a reduction in multiple-choice questions (MCQs). MCQs will now have a weightage of 25 marks, instead of 40 marks. Similarly, there is a change in the weightage of questions asked from the exercises given at the end of chapters. Now, 25% of the questions will be from the contents of the chapters, and the rest of the 75% will come from chapter exercises. It is aimed at imparting an in-depth understanding of the chapters in the PSEB 12th Syllabus 2025-26.
