The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) conducted the Assam HS Examination from 13 February to 17 March 2025.
Assam Board HS Results will be tentatively released in May 2025. Students will get access to Marksheet a few weeks shortly after the results are declared, from their respective Schools.
A candidate must check that the information in the mark sheets is accurate. If there is any discrepancy, they should immediately inform the school authorities and get it corrected. The school will contact the board authorities to request changes along with a document of proof.
One can access their Results in three ways. through the official website, mobile app, and sms.
One needs to check the results from the official website of The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC). Its necessary for a candidate to have important credentials like roll number, Unique ID, Date of Birth, and enter the captcha code to get results.
For this, a candidate needs to log in to their official website, select Assam HS result from the home page, give important credentials, and then select “ get results ”. Once you receive the result download it.
Download the ‘Upolobdha’ app from the Play Store. Select the link ‘Assam HS Result ’. Enter the necessary credentials like roll number, and DOB and get the results.
Go to the messaging app on the phone, In the textbox type ASSAM12(space)roll number, send to 56263 number. Click send, The result will be delivered to your registered mobile number.

To pass the Assam Board HS Examination, one must score at least 30% in the theory examination and 40% in the practical examination. The minimum passing mark out of 70 ( theory examination ) is 21, and out of 30 ( practical examination ) is 12. Overall, one needs to score a minimum of 33 percent in the overall aggregate to pass the examination.
Students are also graded based on marks scored by them ranging from A1 to D . A candidate needs to score above 90 marks to get an A1 grade and those who score below 30% are given an ‘F’ grade and thus have to apply for supplementary exam.
Dissatisfied students can appear for reevaluation and rechecking process through the official website of AHSEC. One can have access to rechecking papers in at least three subjects. A payment of Rs 300 per subject needs to be made to appear for examination. Practical papers can't be reevaluated.
The application for rechecking will open shortly after the results are declared on May 2025. So, it's better to keep an eye on the website. The results of rechecking will be declared to the head of the institution. Rechecking involves totaling of marks and checking whether any answer is left behind ( unexamined) by the examiner
