Students need to check their Admit cards minutely, as the scheduled exam centre is always printed on this paper. Hence, every student should check for the exam centre at the bottom of the Admit card as soon as he/she receives it.
The Admit card should be collected from the respective school of a SSLC examinee, at the scheduled date. Schools download all admit cards from the website of KBPE, after it officially publishes them online. Then school authorities take printout of these admit cards and distribute to their SSLC examinees.
Usually, admit cards are released just a month before the scheduled SSLC Exam date. So, students get ample time to know all about their exam centres that are mentioned on their admit cards.

If any student wants to change his/her designated SSLC Exam centre due to some unavoidable reasons, he/she needs to apply to the Kerala Board of Public Examinations (KBPE). Now, this procedure can be done online. The student should download the form “Application For Exam Centre Change” from kerala.gov.in. It should be duly filled out with all necessary credentials and submitted to the Board well ahead of the Exam date.
The Board will finally publish a list of changed exam centres with the names of all such applicants. Examinees may also call at the Helpline nos. of the General Education Department.
As the exam centre for the SSLC Exam cannot be changed more than once, a student should be careful to select the most convenient location to appear for this exam while applying to change his/her exam centre.
