• Address: Candidates need to provide their complete address and mobile number.
• Aadhaar number: Candidates need to enter their Aadhaar card number. However, this section is optional. 
• Upload photograph & signature: Next, candidates must upload their scanned passport-size photograph (in JPEG format of 150 KB size) and scanned signature (maximum size of 150 KB).
