The application form for the GSEB HSC exam 2025 was released on October 22, 2024, for all streams. Students have to fill out the registration and submit it by November 30, 2024. Candidates must register for the exam to get the hall ticket.

The GSEB HSC 2025 exam will be conducted from February 27 to March 13, 2025. The practical exam will be conducted in February 2025 (tentative). The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced the time table on the official website.

The board will release the GSEB HSC result 2025 in May 2025 (tentative) on the official website for Science, General, Vocational, and Sanskrit Madhyama streams. Moreover, the GSEB HSC topper list 2025 was announced on the official website for all the stream students.

Students who fail the board exam can appear for the compartment exam. The GSEB HSC Purak Pariksha 2025 will be conducted in June 2025 (tentative). 

GSEB HSC Application Form 2025

The GSEB HSC application form is the most crucial process, and every student must register for the exam through the official website. The Phase 1 application form for the General and Vocational stream and Science streams was released on October 22, 2024, and the registration process is set to be concluded by November 30, 2024.

Students must pass class 11th of any government-recognized state or national board. Anyone currently studying in class 12th may appear for the GSEB HSC exam 2025. The 12th GSEB board exam 2025 eligibility criteria for students are:

• Students must have passed classes 10th and 11th from the Gujarat board or any other recognized board.
• Students must register themselves for the GSEB HSC exam by filling out the registration form.

GSEB 12th Exam 2025: Important Highlights

The Gujarat board 12th exam dates have been released. Important dates and details related to the GSEB HSC exam 2025 are listed below:

GSEB HSC Hall Ticket 2025

The board will release the GSEB HSC hall ticket 2025 for all students on the official website. Candidates must carry their GSEB HSC exam 2025 hall tickets for all exams. Therefore, candidates appearing for the 12th/HSC exam must visit their school to collect their GSEB hall tickets 2025 on time.

GSEB 12th Exam Day Guidelines 2025

Gujarat Secondary Education Board conducts the GSEB HSC exam for all subject streams such as arts, science, and commerce. GSEB released the exam pattern so that students can prepare accordingly. According to the revised exam format, 50% of the marks will be for the OMR answers and 50% for descriptive questions. Moreover, the objective questions will carry 30% marks for the general stream.

GSEB HSC Syllabus 2025

The GSEB HSC syllabus 2025 has been released by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board on its official website. Students should follow the old patterns as there is no reduction in the syllabus. However, chapters like GST, India's foreign relations with neighboring countries, citizenship, nationalism, federalism, demonetization, and secularism have been removed. GSEB HSC Stream-wise Syllabus 2025

GSEB HSC Answer Key 2025

The GSEB board will release the answer keys for all subjects under each stream on its official portal.  Students can use the GSEB HSC answer key to estimate their marks. Also, they can figure out their grades in the following ways.

• The correct answer could be assigned one mark. 
• The board does not follow the negative marking; therefore, students must assign a zero for the incorrect answer. 
• To get the final score, candidates must compute their scores.

GSEB HSC Rechecking Process 2025

In most scenarios, students are not satisfied with their marks, so to make the process easier, the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has offered the students to apply for the GSEB HSC exam re-checking. If any changes in the mark are seen, then the same will be updated for the students on the website as well as on the original mark sheet.

The fee required for the rechecking process is.

• Charges for verification process: 100.00 INR
• Re-evaluation for each subject: 500.00 INR

GSEB HSC Result 2025

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will announce the Science, General, and Commerce stream class 12 Gujarat board result 2025 on May 2025 (tentative). GSEB 12th students can check their GSEB HSC exam results by entering the required credentials on the official website. 

The online GSEB 12th board results are only provisional. The GSEB HSC board will issue the final mark sheet a few weeks after declaring the GSEB HSC exam results.

Students can download and check the results by entering their 6-digit seat number in the result login window. Furthermore, students can also access their results via SMS. 

How to Check GSEB HSC Result 2025?

The GSEB HSC results are available on the official website of the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. Candidates must download the scorecard/mark sheet from their schools as it can be used as a provisional mark sheet. Candidates can also check their GSEB HSC results from their schools. The steps to follow while checking the GSEB HSC result 2025 are given below. 

1. Visit the official website of the Gujarat Board - gseb.org.
2. Students must go to the "Board Website" option.
3. Under the results tap students must click on the latest results option.
4. Students must enter the 7-digit seat number.
5. Students must click on 'go'
6. The results will be displayed on the screen.
7. For future reference, students must download and save their results. 

How to Check GSEB HSC Results via SMS?

The GSEB HSC also offers the opportunity for the students to check their results through SMS. Students can type a message in the following format.

• ‘GJ12C_Seat Number’ for Commerce
• ‘GJ12A_Seat Number for Arts
• Send this SMS to 58888111

Students will receive their GSEB HSC 2025 score on their number.

GSEB HSC Purak Pariksha 2025

GSEB HSC Purak Pariksha will be held on June 2025 (tentative). This is for students unsatisfied with their marks per the result evaluation criteria. Also, an exam was conducted for repeaters or those who were unsatisfied with their marks. Once the exams are over, candidates can visit the official website and enter their credentials to get their results.
