The MBSE HSSLC Grading System (Mizoram Board of School Education Class 12th grading system) utilizes the division-based classification. MBSE HSSLC Grading System: Division-Based Classification 

The MBSE HSSLC Grading System follows a division-based classification. Those who score 75% or more get a distinction certificate. If a student scores 60% or more but less than 75%, then a first division is allotted.

The candidates scoring 50% or more but below 60% will get a second division. At last, those who get 33% or more but less than 50% will get a third division. The table below shares details about the MBSE HSSLC Grading System using division-based arrangements.

A student must individually secure 33% in the theory paper and 33% in the practical paper to be considered passed in a subject. Those who fail to secure a minimum pass percentage of 33% will be required to appear for the supplementary exam for the respective subject.

The total marks for every subject in the MBSE HSSLC exam are 100. The ratio of theory and practical exam may vary depending on the exact subject.

If the theory vs. practical ratio is 80:20, then the pass marks are 26 for the theory exam and 7 for the practical exam. If this ratio is 70:30, then the passing marks for the theory exam are 23, and for the practical exam, they will be 10.

How to check the MBSE HSSLC result 2025?

The MBSE HSSLC result will be announced in May 2025 (tentative date). The below-mentioned steps will help to check the MBSE HSSLC result – 

  • Step 1 – Go to mbse.edu.in. This is the website of the Mizoram board.
  • Step 2 – Look for the Result tab on the Home Page of the website and click on that tab. 
  • Step 3 – A new page will open, and there will be an official link for the “MBSE HSSLC Result 2025”. Click on this specific link.
  • Step 4 – Enter the details such as roll number/registration number. 
  • Step 5 – The result will emerge on the screen, and it can be saved to the desired location. Furthermore, students can also take a screenshot of the result for future reference. 

MBSE HSSLC Marksheet

Through mbse.edu.in, students can download their provisional marksheet, and from that, they can get a complete idea about the MBSE HSSLC Grading System. The marksheet will have all the details like subject-wise marks, total marks, division, pass/fail status, etc.

The original marksheets and passing certificates will be distributed by the respective schools a few weeks after the declaration of results. Hence, to collect the original documents, candidates must contact their school authorities.
