How to Calculate Percentage From BSEB Class 12th Grades?

The percentage calculation of the BSEB Class 12th exam is easy. Anyone can follow the below-mentioned steps.

  1. Identify the grade points secured by a student.
  2. Find out the total grade points.
  3. Divide the total grade points by total subjects.
  4. Divide the total by 10 and multiply the result with 100. This number will be the percentage scored by that particular student.

For example, a student has A1, B2, B1, B1, and A2 grades in five subjects. The corresponding grade points will be 10, 7, 8, 8, and 9.

The sum of all the grade points will be (10 + 7 + 8 + 8 + 9) = 42

Therefore, the average grade point = 42 / 5 = 8.4

Hence, the percentage marks of that student = (8.4 / 10) x 100% = 84%
