Goa Board HSSC Grading System 2025: Complete Details with Passing Marks, Re-evaluation, and Result Date

Goa Board HSSC Grading System 2025 follows a 7-point scale grading system to evaluate students according to their percentage scores. Students scoring over 90% marks are awarded an 'A' grade. Students scoring 80-89% marks will receive a 'B' grade, a 'C' for 70-79% marks, a 'D' for 60-69% marks, an 'E' for 50-59% marks, and an 'F' for 40-49% marks. The "Failed" will be the term used for students who do not receive 33% in each course individually or as a whole. Additionally, students must achieve minimum passing marks in both the theory and practical.

Students who are dissatisfied with their grades may apply for revaluation. Goa Board HSSC Revaluation will begin in June 2025, with the results announced 15-20 days after the application process closes.

Goa Board HSSC Grading System

Assessment of the performance of students appearing for the Goa Board HSSC Exam 2025 is made based on the Goa Board HSSC Grading System. The grading system ranges from A to G, where A is the highest and G is the lowest. Candidates will be graded based on the percentage marks they secure in the Goa Board HSSC Exam. Students with over 90% marks will be graded A; those with 80 to 89% marks will be graded B, and so on.

Passing grade of the Goa Board HSSC Exam is G with a minimum of 33% marks. Students scoring below 33% in the Goa Board class 12 exam will be deemed failed.

Goa Board HSSC Passing Marks

Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination has mandated the minimum passing mark for the Goa Board HSSC board 2025 at 33% in both theory and practicals. 

Theory question papers of a maximum of 70 and 80 marks need to be cleared with a minimum of 21 and 24 marks, respectively. In practical papers, at least 6 marks out of 20 and 9 marks out of 30 need to be obtained to pass the Goa Board HSSC. Goa Board HSSC Re-evaluation 

The re-evaluation of the Goa board HSSC will begin in June 2025, following the announcement of the results. If students are dissatisfied with their Goa Board HSSC Results 2025 and believe they should have scored higher, they can apply for re-evaluation.

Students may apply a revaluation by filling out an application form and paying a fee on the official board website. The results of the Goa Board HSSC re-evaluation will be announced 15-20 days after the application period concludes.

Candidates who fail one or more exams on their first try are given the opportunity to take the Goa board HSSC 2025 Supplementary Exam. The board administers additional examinations in various subjects, including science, commerce, and arts.
