How to Calculate Percentage from BSEB Class 10th Gardes?

Students can easily calculate percentages from the scores received in all subjects and then can identify grades from the above-given table. The steps to calculate percentages from BSEB Class 10th grades are given below:

  • Step 1: Add all the subject scores for both theory and practicals. For example: Science (theory + practical scores) + English (theory + practical scores) + Social science (theory + practical scores) etc.
  • Step 2: After adding all the subject scores, now divide the score received by the total number of aggregate scores. For example, there are 6 subjects each of 100 then divide the added score of subjects by 600 and multiply by 100%.
  • Step 3: Once the divided score is multiplied by 100%, the figures which are obtained is the aggregate percentage of all subjects.
  • Step 4: This percentage can be compared with the grading system table provided above to know the grade which identifies with the obtained percentage. For example, if the received percentage is 86%, an A2 grade will be given.

If a student already knows the grade but does not know the percentage then the same above-mentioned steps will be used to know the percentage.
