How to Calculate Percentage from TBSE Class 12th Grades?

It is important to calculate the percentage to determine grades as per the TBSE class 12th grading system or if a student has a grade then also a percentage is required. Students can calculate the percentage for TBSE Class 12th using the following steps and instructions:

For example History (theory + practical scores) + Political Science (theory + practical scores) + English (theory + practical scores) etc.
  • Step 2: After adding the scores, divide the added score by overall subject scores and multiply by 100 per cent. To clarify: total subjects are 5 each of 100 marks then divided the added subject score by 500 and multiplied by 100%.
  • Step 3: After multiplying by 100% and dividing, whatever the score comes will be the aggregate percentage.
  • Step 4: Now, use the above TBSE Class 12th grading system table and match the obtained percentage with the appropriate grade. For example: if the percentage obtained is 80% then the grade will be B1 as per the TBSE Class 12th grading system.
