TBSE Class 10 Passing Marks: The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) conducts the TBSE 10th board exam 2025 annually in Tripura. Class 10 of the TBSE board (Madhyamik Shiksha) requires students to score at least 30% in theory and practical to pass the examination successfully.
Language subjects do not have practical exams and have 100 marks. Other subjects, including theory and practical exams, are allocated 80 marks for theory, out of which at least 24 marks must be scored, and 20 marks for practical, out of which, a minimum of 6 marks should be scored.
Subjects are divided into compulsory and optional, given the language/vocational subject as optional. The table contains the total weightage allocated for each subject and the minimum marks required to qualify for the examination of each topic.

Passing marks for the theory component of the examination consist of a minimum of 24 marks out of 80.

The grading system of TBSE Class 10 contains grades associated with the range of marks. A+, being the highest grade, is related to a range of 90-100 marks, and E, being the lowest, is associated with a range below 30 marks. Students securing below the range of 30-39 marks will be considered to fail. The detailed distribution of the grades is given in the table below.
