Table of Contents
UPMSP follows a 10-point grading system and the corresponding grades range from A1 to E2. A1 grade is awarded to students for scoring marks between 90 to 100 and E2 for scoring less than 21. To pass the exam, scoring grade D or 33 marks is a must. Students with marks less than 33 are declared fail. The UP Board 12th result marksheet mentions grades and the corresponding grade points.
UP Board class 12 grading system is similar for all streams- Science, Arts and Commerce. The total marks for each subject is 100 which is divided into 70 marks for theory and 30 marks for practical and internal assessment.
