Advantages of RBSE 10th Grading System

RBSE 10th grading system has several advantages. Below are a few of them mentioned.

  • RBSE 10th grading system reduces competition and stress among the students. A minor difference in marks creates unnecessary pressure on students. In the grading system, if the student has scored 81 or others have scored 85, they will be given the same grade.
  • It encourages students to focus on conceptual learning rather than on memorization or rote learning. RBSE 10th grading system is designed in such a way that it includes various assessments such as practical tests, class tests, and project work. This motivates students to work on their skills rather than on improving their marks.
  • Student’s holistic performance is judged in the RBSE 10th grading system. As students do not have to only learn the chapters, they are encouraged to participate in project work and extracurricular activities.
  • RBSE 10th grading system helps students identify the strong and weak areas. Such as if a student's performance in theory is good but in internal assessments, their grades are average. That means they need to focus on internal assessments whether it is practical, project, or group activity.
