AP EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2023
Students who plan to take the AP EAMCET in 2023 must meet the following AP EAMCET 2023 eligibility criteria.
General Eligibility
- Students taking the AP EAMCET in 2023 must be citizens of India and be residents of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
- They must meet the criteria set forth by the governments of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana for local or non-local status.
- Candidates who identify as Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) may apply with a valid proof card.
For Engineering Courses
- The candidate must be enrolled in or have passed the HSE (Class 10 + 2) exam or an equivalent in core subjects- Physics, Chemistry, and Math, with optional Biology
- The program is also open to candidates with valid diplomas
- An aggregate of at least 45% marks in core subjects and an aggregate of 40% for students in reserved categories are required
For Agriculture and Pharmacy Courses
- The candidate must be enrolled in or have passed the HSE (Class 10 + 2) exam or an equivalent in core subjects- Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with optional Math
- Candidates with valid Pharmacy diplomas are also eligible
- An aggregate of at least 45% marks in core subjects and 40% for students in reserved categories are required for Agriculture and Pharmacy courses
