Goa ITI Admissions 2025: Eligibility, Process, Courses

Goa ITI Admissions 2025 is expected to be started in May-June, 2025. The Goa ITI 2025 admission form will be released on the official website. The Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship releases two rounds of the Goa ITI seat allotment list for the admission process. 

The candidates will be able to provide 3 choices of Goa ITIs among which the final allotment will be done by the Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Candidates who have qualified the Class 8 or Class 10 with a minimum age of 14 can apply for Goa ITI admission.

Goa ITI Eligibility Criteria 2025

The Goa ITI Eligibility Criteria 2025 process can be divided into three parts - domicile, age limit and educational qualification. Candidates must meet all the eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the Goa ITI admission process. Here are the parameters of Goa ITI Eligibility Criteria 2025:

Domicile: 

• Candidates must have proof of residing in Goa for more than 10 years. 
• A Residence Certificate, issued by the Mamlatdar, indicating the period of continuous residence in Goa for the same will be required to be attached with the application. 

Age Criteria: 

• The applicant must be above the age of 14 to be able to take admission to the Goa ITIs. 
• However, for admission to Driver-cum-Mechanic short-term course, the candidate must be at least 18 years of age. 

Educational Qualification: 

• The candidates must have passed Class 10 or equivalent qualifications from recognized boards in Goa. 
• Moreover, having Science and Mathematics as a subject is also mandatory in the qualifying examination. 
• However, for the welder trade course, garment and sales assistant, candidates with Class 8 qualification is sufficient. 

Note: Qualification from Nation Open School without Mathematics and Science will be considered eligible for the exam.

Goa ITI Admissions Form 2025

Goa ITI Admissions Form 2025 is expected to be announced in May-Jun 2025. The Goa ITI form will be made available on the official website. Here are the steps to apply for the Goa ITI Admissions Process 2025: 

• Step 1: Visit the official website of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship or click on the direct link - dsde.goa.gov.in. To proceed with the application form, click on “Apply Now”. 
• Step 2: The page will be redirected to Procedure to “Apply, Documents Required and Designated Officials”. Go through the parameters carefully and click on “Proceed to Apply. 
• Step 3: For new registration, click on “register” and fill out the required information. Then, enter your username and password. Then, click on Login. 
• Step 4: Then, click on “Apply Now” and press ok to move further. 
• Step 5: The personal and educational information must be filled in correctly. 
• Step 6: Upload a passport-size photograph and depending on the choices of the application form, candidates will have to upload the supporting documents. 
• Step 7: Then, click on “Save and Proceed’. After the submission of the application form, candidates should take download the submitted application for future reference.

Goa ITI Admissions Process 2025

There are three stages to the Goa ITI Admissions Process. Candidates must check if they are meeting the eligibility criteria before applying. Otherwise, the candidature will be cancelled before the process starts.

Centralised Admission Process: The Goa ITIs follow a centralised admission process. Moreover, the centralised admissions process is done for both the government and private institutions. 

Merit List: The Goa ITI merit list is prepared based on the candidate’s marks obtained in the qualified examination i.e. Class 10 or Class 8 as per the requirements for the chosen courses. Initially, a provisional merit list is released for the government and private institutions. Then, in the next three days, candidates get the opportunity to object. Then, the final Goa ITI merit list is released. 

Seat Allotment: The Goa ITI seat allotment list is released along with the name of the candidates and the allotted institute. The qualified candidates have to visit to the venue to complete the further process of Goa ITI admission.

Goa ITI admission application form fee can be paid through online mode using a Debit card, Credit card, or Net Banking. However, the Goa ITI admissions form fee would be non-fundable under any circumstances.

Goa ITI Tuition Fees 2025

For Government ITIs, each trainee will need to pay  deposit on admission a non-refundable Tuition Fee at the initial level of the course. However, if the trainee belongs to SC /ST/BPL Categories or the annual income is less than Rs. 3 LPA or Orphans or destitute children, the tuition fee is completely waived off.

Required Documents for Goa ITI Admissions Process

To complete the Goa ITI Admissions Process, the following documents will be required at the beginning of the application process to the verification: 

• Leaving Certificate 
• Bonafide certificate 
• Marksheet and certificate of Class 8
• Residence Certificate proving continuous period of residence of last 10 years in Goa
• Residence proof such as  School or Institute or College Leaving Certificate or Bonafide certificate or Transfer certificate 
• Birth Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate of the candidate’s parent is Defense Personnel or Ex-Servicemen
• Children of the African Repatriates (CAR) of Goan origin Certificate
• Income Certificate for annual family income less than Rs 3,00,000/- p.a or BPL / ANTODAY Ration Card 
• Aadhaar Card
