IIT Fees Structure 2024: The IIIT fee structure includes the institute fees, admission fees, tuition fees, transportation costs, dormitory, and mess fees payable per semester. IIT fee structure for B.Tech courses ranges between INR 1.26 - 3.60 LPA for students in the general category and ranges from INR 66K - INR 2.78 LPA for M.Tech courses.
