1. Ramendra Nath Biswas
Ramendra Nath Biswas is an Indian politician, Member of Legislative Assembly in the Inidan Parliament. Biswas pursued his undergraduate in University of Calcutta and did his Ph.D degree from Kalyani University, West Bengal.

2. Sudip Chattopadhyay
Sudip is the dean of research and consultancy at the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. And he is a developmental biologist and biotechnologist who is recognized for his research on the molecular underpinnings of light-controlled plant growth and development.
He is also a J. C. Bose National Fellow of the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) and a nominated fellow of all three of India’s major science academies: the Indian National Science Academy, Indian Academy of Sciences, and National Academy of Sciences, India.
His contributions include in the department of Biosciences in 2005, the Department of Biotechnology of the Government of India presented him with the National Bioscience Award for Career Development, one of the top Indian science prizes.

3. Mihir Kanti Chaudhuri
Mihir is an Indian inorganic chemist and former vice chancellor of Tezpur University. He is a one of the fellow in the Indian National Science Academy and the Indian Academy of Sciences and is well known for his research on the synthesis of dioxygen complexes and fluorine compounds of metals and non-metals.
He has received the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology, one of the greatest Indian science awards, in 1989 for his contributions to the chemical sciences from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, the top organisation of the Government of India for scientific research.

5. Swadhin Kumar Mandal
Swadhin is an organometallic chemist and a professor of chemical sciences at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research in Kolkata. He has received the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology, it is one of the highest science honours in India.
The award he received was for the contributions to chemical sciences in 2018 from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, the top scientific research organisation of the Government of India.
He has also received the Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel Research Award in 2020 from the Alexander von Humboldt (AvH) Foundation in Germany in honor of his remarkable contributions to research. He received Israel’s Weizmann Institute of Science’s Erna and Jakob Michael Visiting Professorship in 2022.
