LIC ADO Selection Process 2023: Online Test, Interview & Medical Test

LIC ADO Selection Process 2023 will be based on the candidate’s performance in LIC ADO Prelims and Mains exam, following which the LIC ADO interview will be conducted. The interview will be conducted for candidates who have qualified in both exams. 

Based on the LIC ADO interview, as a final step, a medical test will be done for the selected candidates to proceed with the LIC ADO 2023 selection process.

LIC ADO Selection Process 2023: Online Test, Interview & Medical Test

The  LIC ADO Selection Process 2023 is based on three steps:

1. LIC ADO Online Test (Prelims and Mains)
2. Interview
3. Medical Test.

LIC ADO Exam

The Life Insurance Corporation of India, Apprentice Development Officer (LIC ADO) has a selection process in which applicants must qualify for the LIC ADO Prelims and Mains exam to qualify for the LIC ADO Interview. The online tests are conducted to test the candidate’s knowledge in the Insurance field, general knowledge, current affairs and more. 

Both exam comprises three papers each, and candidates are advised to check out the sections below:

LIC ADO Mains Exam Sections:

• General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language

LIC ADO Interview

A candidate will be eligible for the LIC ADO interview if they qualify the LIC Mains exam. The purpose of the LIC ADO interview is to test the level of knowledge of the candidate. Questions will be majorly based on policies, term insurance, role of development officers, types of insurance and more.

LIC ADO Interview Questions

LIC ADO Interview Documents Required

Below is the list of documents required for the LIC ADO interview:

• Valid educational degree or technical qualification certificates or certificate fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
• Master's degree in Business administration in Marketing or PG diploma certification in Marketing from a recognised University.
• Date of Birth proof.
• Conduct Certificate from two responsible persons.
• Reserved category certificate (if applicable)
• For ex-servicemen, a certificate of discharge is required.
• No Objection certificate from the present company (if applicable)
• Certificate of Sales experience (Candidates with work experience in Sales)

LIC ADO Interview Process

The final selection will be based on the results of the candidate’s interview and the marks obtained in the LIC ADO examination. The authority releases the final results after the completion of the process, and selected candidates receive their appointment letters.

LIC ADO Medical Test

LIC ADO Medical Test is conducted to test the mental and physical fitness of the candidate. This process is mandatory and is held after the interview.

• The purpose of this test is to check whether the candidate is suitable for the job role to be able to complete the requirements of the job. 
• The process consists of a complete health checkup such as blood pressure and sugar levels, urine and blood test and physical measurement for the record purpose only. 
• It is to be noted that the weight and appearance of the candidate do not play a significant role in this medical test; some of the steps are done for record purposes only and to check the health status of the candidate.
