Satya Narayana Nadella is the chairman and CEO of Microsoft. He did his Electrical Engineering at Mangalore University, Karnataka, then pursued his masters in University of Wisconsin and his MBA at University of Chicago. He received the Padma Bhushan award in 2022. 

Before becoming CEO, he was the executive vice president of Microsoft's cloud and enterprise group, responsible for building and running the company's computing platforms.

2. KL Rahul

Kannanur Lokesh Rahul is an Indian International Cricket player. He started cricket training at the age of 10, and, two years later, started playing matches for both Bangalore United Cricket Club and his club in Mangalore. 4. Devi Shetty

Devi Prasad Sheet is an Indian Entrepreneur and a cardio surgeon. She sub-specialised in cardiovascular thoracic surgery. He did his MBBS in Kasturiba Medical College, Mangalore. He received awards such as Padma Bhushan in 2012, Schwab Foundation in 2005, Dr. B.C Roy award in 2003, Rajyotsava Award in 2022, and Karnataka Ratna in 2001.

5. Kiranraj K

Kiranraj K is an Indian film director, documentary film maker, and film actor who works in Kannada cinema. His directional debut in feature film was "777 Charlie". Kiran has also written the story and the screenplay for the movie.

Kiranraj is also an author who wrote - “The Seven Odds”. He is directing a segment in the upcoming Kannada anthology film “Katha Sangama” released in December 2017. He did his undergraduate degree in BA at Mangalore University.
