Entrance Exams & Admissions : I have written National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) which is the only test for entrance to the Medical course. On obtaining an All India Rank, the Karnataka Examination Authority prepared a state rank list, following which we were allowed to give our priority list of colleges to them. Based on our rank, we were assigned colleges. I obtained a government seat in this college. Cut-offs for NEET depend on which star you belong to. For Karnataka, an AIR of up to 50,000 can provide you a state rank below 1,500 and hence a government seat in any of the good colleges including BGS AIMS.
