Alliance University scholarships are awarded to students to provide equal opportunities to students from all economic backgrounds to pursue education and achieve their desired goals. AU Bangalore scholarships with up to 100% tuition fee waiver are offered to students across all programs. Merit scholarships are based on the National Entrance Exam Scores and the Academic Results are announced by the Scholarship Committee.

Employee Scholarship Programme 

Alliance University has an employee scholarship programme through which it offers scholarships to the employees of the institution and also to the children of their employees who get selected at the institution for studies. Details about the programme are mentioned below.

Conditions for Scholarship Renewal

• Students must maintain a CGPA of 2.5 and above each semester during the course.
• No backlogs in any of the semesters during study at Alliance University.
• Students must refrain from activities which result in disciplinary action.
• Application for renewal of scholarship must be done on or before 30th July of every academic year with a copy of all previous semester mark sheets.
• Students should not have a gap in academics during their studies.
• Applicants can apply for multiple scholarships, but it is the discretion of the University to award only one scholarship.

Education Loan Assistance

Alliance University has tied up with several financial institutions and banks to provide loan assistance to students. The objective of the institution is to ease the application process with minimal documentation and facilitate students to pursue higher education. Students applying for loans through these institutions have the following advantages,

• Offer of admission at Alliance University, giving complete details of year-wise fees &
  hostel fees.
• Scholarship letter if any.
• Passport-size photographs of the applicant/co-applicant and guarantors.
• Mark sheets/ Degree certificates of previous academic qualifications.
• Income proof / Latest income tax returns of co-applicant/guarantor (If any).
• Collateral security details along with valuation certificate of government-approved valuer (if any).
• Bank statements/ details of bank accounts of the co-applicant/guarantor for the last 3-6 months.

It should be noted that a sportsman at the international level is a player who has represented India in any International Sports Competitions approved by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports/ SAI/ IOA/ FISU/ National Federation of Concerned Games approved by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports/ Association of Indian Universities/ School Games Federation of India. The student must obtain a certificate from the concerned authorities of the sport. The candidate should have participated and won in the International level sports/ games conducted by the competent authority.

Concerning the sportsman at the state level, the candidate should be the one who has represented the state in any competition conducted between the last
two consecutive calendar years at the national level in Individual/ Teams approved by the Ministry of Sports/ Sports Federation/ AIU. The student must obtain a certificate from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports/ National Federation/ Board of concerned games only. The candidate should have participated and won in the National level sports/ games conducted by the competent authority.

The differently-abled scholarship applies as per the provisions of the RPwD Act, 2016 to all the categories of disabilities identified. A student with a 40% permanent disability of the mentioned categories and with a Unique Disability ID from the Government of India will be considered for the scholarship.

The defence scholarship is applicable for the wards the parents of who are serving personnel or ex-servicemen; retired personnel and deceased personnel or their
dependents from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Coast Guard, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF) or other branches of Indian Defence.
