The university campus is located in Bhatan village on Mumbai-Pune Expressway and near Panvel city in Maharashtra. The campus is spread over an area of 30 acres. The institute offers courses in the fields of arts, science and commerce at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate levels. The university is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and is also recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC).
