Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai was established in the year 1984 and it is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. BVIMSR is affiliated to AICTE and is one of the top management colleges in Navi Mumbai.

Students under this subject are taught soft skills, communication, etc. Group discussions and mock interviews are also taken for students.

• Pre-Placement Talks:The placement process includes the pre-placement talks. These talks provide an opportunity for the students and the industry to interact. Companies present a PowerPoint presentation about themselves during these talks.
• Guest Lecture: BVIMSR invites eminent speakers from the corporates to deliver lectures. They also invite alumni frequently to deliver lectures.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Graduates of this institute are groomed personally by the placement cell. Based on the corporates, the students have trained accordingly by using modern techniques.
• Career Counselling: Career counseling is given to the students of this institute. This process begins with the assessment of the aptitude and inclination of students.
• Industrial Visit: For the success of BVISMR Placements, students of this institute are given practical exposure through industrial visits.
