Placements & Internships : CIEM or any colleges under WBUT university gives you the opportunity to get Full fee or Half fee scholarship which refers that the college representative pays the total amount of college fees or half amount of college fees. This scholarship depends on you family annual income. I got Half fee scholarship because i have 40k annual family income. i show my income certificate from my own state and village Panchayet. With this Full fee or Half fee scholarship you are also eligible for Swami Vivekananda's scholarship which provides 60k per annum of your course.You can only apply for this scholarship if you got 75% marks in H.S examination.You must be aware that you apply for this after H.S exam..you have to aware when the forms releases. And also for Full fee and Half fee scholarship, you must be aware when the forms are released afer getting admission into the college. you can ask from the college representative. And one most thing...you can enjoy both of scholarships together. There are many companies visits our college like Oppo,Vivo, cognizant,Tcs, ICICI bank...many like this...but to get jobs there..you must be a problem solver not a genius. somebody tell you there are no campusing in CIEM..there are companies that comes but can't find those students eligible..so that they can't give them jobs and the students got rumors. so study hard and do internships from other companies or college, apply for this..the more you experienced the more you have the chance. and the salary..how the company, how you are, how experienced...all depends, so be a problem solver ..not only learner.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : CIEM( Calcutta Institute of engineering and management) is under WBUT or MAKAUT university. It's a semi-governmental college and to pursue you any kind of degrees under WBUT, you have to attend West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. There are a lot of good ranked colleges which are really good for their everything related to studying , learning and become a problem solver. If you rank less .. below 10 k then you can get a very well stuffed college. I ranked near about 40k so I got this college according to choose when you're applying for the courses. There are a lot of courses of the same college given by..you can just decide to point out one course and choose colleges respectively according to their goodness or rank.
Fees & Scholarships : CIEM college fees is 3 lac 57 thousand on 4 years. I got Half fee scholarship so that I pay half of the amount and the other half is paid by the college representative. I think if you get Full fee or Half fee scholarship then you need not go for loans. It's quite affordable.. in other colleges the fees are really less...just check out the fees which you want to go for.
Academics & Faculty : In CIEM, most of the teachers are very good at their behavior, studying methods, helpful hands. Most of the teachers are very good at everything. I'm on ECE department and the class routine is pretty good. I got 10 am to 5 pm class in my first year.
Clubs & Associations : I'm not engaged with any clubs or society but I'm quite sure there are clubs and societies in this college and you can join them, to develop thinking for college infrastructure, to serve the poor students which they are poor for. There are sport facilities,and festival are just started from this year..so if you are a lover of those...you are in quite right place.

Placements & Internships : placement wise good college, it depends on our skills and studies to get a good company. companies like: Hcl, Amazon, Hp associated, reliance, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, etc comes. u can get an INR 2.5 to 4.5 lakhs per anum overall a good about placement.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : You can get a PG, in lower costs. actually, Calcutta costs cheap in leaving compared to another place.
Clubs & Associations : overall a good society here. cultural fest happens per year. that's really very amazing and also some small festivals organizes as in 3 or 4 months.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria: JEE main score, WBJEE score for admission, your score in WBJEE should be matched with the college cutoff, college cutoff changes per year.
Fees & Scholarships : You have to pay less as compared to other colleges. but scholarship is only for those who are from Bengal.
Academics & Faculty : when I talk about academics, might you have to face some problems, due to language, because in West Bengal, Bengali is the official language. quality of teaching is good. They teach you in English. But sometimes they can also start lecturing in Bengali, that time u have to remember him.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for BCA in this college is 12th pass with a Computer Science-related subject such as Mathematics, Computer Science or Computer Applications. Even if you are an Arts background student, you can join BCA if you studied Computer Applications. No entrance exam is required to join BCA. Clubs & Associations : We have an annual college fest and two freshers per year. The Fest is very popular and some celebrities will attend. Life overall is good and supportive in college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The name of my college is Calcutta institute of engineering and management(C.I.E.M).it is located in Kolkata. CIEM provides engineering courses for bachelor and master degree.To get admitted you need to give entrance exam called West Bengal joint entrance examination and all India entrance examination.you can apply only after completing the 12th standard from any respected boards.you should have an average of a minimum of 60%in math, physics and chemistry in each. Ciem has good campus facilities.the faculty members are truly very supportive. Campus facilities should be improved in future.my experience with this college is quite good.
Fees & Scholarships : Btech fees as per University is near INR 3.9lpa. Almost INR 41 k per semester. Yes, a loan can be taken here. Few students (10%)students get scholarship due to their good marks, any financial background and also for caste

Fees & Scholarships : one need to pay around 80k per year which is divided into two-semester fees.also, there is ample chance to get a scholarship which can reduce your fees half to full free scholarship scheme.
Academics & Faculty : classes here starts at 10 p.m. sharp.teachers are very helpful and attentive towards each student.assignments are given on regular basis to keep involved in your studies.overall you'll get a studious environment.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : there is no hostel facility.though, there are PGs all around the college which is quite cheap.the canteen in the college provides cheap and healthy food which is a basic necessity.college is providing wifi and also a well-equipped lab for the young engineers.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility of my course was in 12 must have science with the combination of maths and computer. There is no such entrance exam for BCA. Cutoffs are like 70 to 75%
Fees & Scholarships : My course fee was around 1.2lac in 3years.Now little much have crossed. Yes scholarships are available.For scholarships college decides every year State Bank of India,Bank of Baroda
Academics & Faculty : Class timings are normal form morning 10am to 4-430pm. Teaching staffs are very good and helpfull. I have learned a lot from there and earned a good job then.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : PGs are available and they are quite cheap like 4000k each month. Food quality is good.It cost 20 or 30 for starters. Classroms are wide and the labs have the best equipments.

Placements & Internships : Infosys, TechMahindra, Ericsson etc hires from our campus with average salary of INR 2.5 lacks per annum. Around 85% of batch gets placed. Most of the alumni are supportive and cooperative.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for admission was that the student must have passed 12th and must achieve a good rank in WBJEE entrance exam.
Fees & Scholarships : Per year course fees is INR 85000 per annum. Only one scholarship of TFW is available and that is also for the Bengal residents. Very few students get scholarships. About 2 of 10 students.
Academics & Faculty : Class timings are from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. Projects are given on various topics in every subject almost. Assignments are compulsory in every subject. Quality and method of teaching are good.

There are many key companies like IT, Manufacturing, Marketing & sales that hire students from Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management campus. Average salary package is Rs. 3 - 4.5 lakh per anum. Highest salary package is Rs. 6 lakhs per anum. There are almost 80% of students got placed. The alumni network is very strong.
