Scholarships for B.Tech students are awarded based on their performance in JEE (Main) and Class XII (PCM) percentages. The tuition fee waiver ranges from 10% to 50%, depending on the score brackets:

• Above 95% in JEE and Class XII: 50% scholarship
• 90%-94.99%: 40%
• 85%-89.99%: 30%
• 80%-84.99%: 20%
• 75%-79.99%: 15%
• 70%-74.99% in JEE and 60%-69.99% in Class XII: 10%

For others Cours Scholarship on tuition fees based on performance in the qualifying class:

• Above 90%: 20%
• 85% – 89.99%: 10%
• 75% – 84.99%: 5%
